This tool for couriers maximises efficiency in the management of pickups and deliveries thanks to cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning and Augmented Reality.

NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and documentation delivery company, is launching Journey, a new application to help its couriers deal more effectively with the growing demand for deliveries.

This new tool streamlines the management of deliveries and pickups via cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning and Augmented Reality. This way, couriers are led through guided processes, thus maximising the efficiency of the pick-up and delivery service processes.

Using Journey, the couriers will be able to make direct calls to consignees to arrange a new time or location for delivery. In addition, by geocoding addresses, they will be able to optimise their routes to maintain delivery times and, therefore, further improve the quality of service offered by the company. At the same time, the application groups deliveries, and pickups, in a way that is always automatic and optimised.

With this new application, the express courier company reinforces its commitment to continuous improvement and technological excellence in the sector in order to continue offering a top-quality service to its clients.
