Nacex, Grupo Logista’s parcel and express courier firm, has made available to customers the new application for managing incidents through smartphones.
This option allows the intervention by addressee in managing the delivery incident, providing the most appropriate solution according to the case. The addressee will receive the information related to the incident by the usual way: through SMS or email, either with Pre-alert or manual communication.
When receiving the information in these formats (SMS or email), the user also finds in the message a link directing to the web environment allowing to manage the preferred solution in an autonoumous and immediate way. Since every solution is coded according to the kind of incident, the user just has to choose the most appropriate.
This new application complements the recently launched for iPad and iPhone, allowing customers to safely control the status of their delivery at any time.
