NACEX, the Logista Group parcel and express courier firm, attended on September 21st and 22nd a new edition of eShow Madrid to present its logistics and distribution solutions for on-line businesses. 

During the two-day event, NACEX took part as exhibitor and showed e-commerce professionals its different solutions for home delivery, with the e-N@cex service, and through the Nacex Shop network, as well as its reverse logistics solutions, Nacex c@mbio, to facilitate returns. As a novelty, the company presented its “preferred delivery” concept, a system that facilitates knowing the recipient’s preferences for a much more comfortable delivery. With this new solution, NACEX ensures the satisfaction of the online buyer and keeps promoting ecommerce growth.

On September 21st, NACEX was present at the debates through its Commercial Manager, Xavier Calvo, with the presentation “LOGÍSTICS: Beyond delivery expenses”. 

The shopping cart dropout rate is close to 60%, a very high rate which, in 44% of the cases, is due to hidden delivery expenses. Xavier Calvo provided keys to avoid losing sales and underlined the importance of choosing a courier firm becoming a partner to create a positive delivery experience. At that end, he explained the issues an e-Commerce must not ignore: delivery alternatives, different transport options, returns and changes management, order tracing, as well as providing a personalized customer service.  

When participating in fairs, NACEX keeps committing to an environmentally-friendly solution and once again had a sustainability-certified stand.
