NACEX, the Logista Group’s parcel and express courier firm, was again present at Spain’s eCommerce services largest fair.

As one of the main partners for online businesses, NACEX was at the 30th edition of eShow Barcelona which, between March 22nd and 23rd gathered over 14,000 professional visitors and provided over 200 speeches by the industry’s leading companies.

During the opening day Xavier Calvo, National Commercial Manager at NACEX, delivered the “eCommerce Deliveries: Delivery Experience” speech at the lectures area. Before a crowded auditorium, NACEX’s Commercial Manager in Spain and Portugal invited to reflect on logistics as the provider of a satisfying online purchase experience. He remarked that “48% of online buyers wouldn’t buy again after a bad delivery experience”, and shared the characteristics of an ideal partner for an online shop to ensure efficiency in delivery processes: delivery alternatives, different transport options, reverse logistics, customer information, support and response, and planning. He also talked about the solutions provided by NACEX to improve the online buyer experience through deliveries

During the two-day event, NACEX also participated as exhibitor to provide advice on logistics and distribution to eCommerce professionals. At its stand, the company brought closer its different home delivery solutions, with the e-N@cex Service, and through the Nacex.shop pick-up and delivery network, as well as its reverse logistics solutions, Nacex c@mbio, for easy returns processes.

Stand with Sustainability Certification

Along with its commitment to the environment, NACEX keeps supporting environmentally-friendly solutions when participating in fairs and so again its stand at eShow Barcelona was certified on sustainability.
