NACEX, the Logista Group parcel and express courier firm, took part last June 14th at the eLogistic Forum 2017, the meeting point for the benchmark logistics and distribution companies in Spain and the most outstanding eCommerces. As one of the trusted partners for main eCommerces, NACEX took part at the forum to present its success story with Funidelia, the leading costumes store in Spain.
The conference began with the presentation by Xavier Calvo, National Commercial Manager at NACEX, who revealed a shattering figure, “52% of buyers don’t repeat with an eCommerce after a bad buying experience”, and shared with attendants NACEX’s new solution, “My Preferred Delivery”, securing the utmost satisfaction in deliveries.
My Preferred Delivery: Flexible deliveries adapted to the recipient’s preferences
Recipients of deliveries expect flexible delivery options, adapted to their lifestyles and daily duties. Aiming at responding to this need and securing the maximum satisfaction with delivery, NACEX has developed “My Preferred Delivery”. “This new Service allows recipients to set their delivery preferences”, said Xavier Calvo. The recipient receives a notification allowing to customize the delivery with the following options: selecting a NACEX.Shop point to collect the delivery and so not to depend on the delivery by a messenger; or modifying the planned delivery date and/or time frame. With “My Preferred Delivery” NACEX adapts to the recipients’ needs and carries out the delivery according to their particular preferences.
NACEX and Funidelia, a success story
After presenting “My Preferred Delivery”, Xavier Calvo invited Toño Escartín, Funidelia’s Co-Founder and CBDO to the stage. Both Ambos went over the key points for a successful Alliance between a courier and an eCommerce; and explained the basis for their collaboration: tight delivery times and ability to adapt to sales seasonality.
