NACEX continues to increase the e-commerce shipments handled by its network of over 2,700 NACEX.shop points in Spain and Portugal.
NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, has increased e-commerce shipments handled via its network of NACEX.shop points by more than 45% in the last year, a growth that is mainly driven by the online shopper’s greater awareness of the advantages this Out Of Home (OOH) delivery solution.
The flexibility, convenience, and effectiveness this delivery method offers, has led to a 140% increase in 2022 in the number of consignees who have decided to change the home delivery of their shipment for collection at a NACEX.shop point.
Another initiative that has contributed to this change in trend has been the company's commitment to being closer and closer to consignees, guaranteeing the proximity of its network of points for greater quality and sustainability in the service. In addition, NACEX has encouraged and promoted the choice of this type of delivery outside the home, which has been achieved by empowering the consignee, facilitating their interaction with the delivery method.
In order to meet this increase and respond to new market trends, the expansion strategy for this year focuses on continuing to invest in technological innovation that makes the service more efficient and on the growth of the network, both in urban and rural areas, to continue guaranteeing the quality of service that characterises NACEX throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
Since its launch in 2011, the NACEX.shop network has grown and strengthened its presence, responding to the company's commitment to a formula that facilitates a more sustainable urban distribution of goods, concentrating deliveries at one point to reduce emissions due to journeys. The NACEX.shop points allow the collection and return of e-commerce shipments, as well as offering the possibility of making shipments of any kind using the network.
One of the added advantages over other competitors in the Spanish market is that NACEX.shop converts B2C shipments into Premium shipments, as they are available from one day to the next from 12:00 pm at the chosen point, providing highly efficient delivery for an entirely satisfactory experience with the process.
