Logista, one of the largest logistics operators in Europe specialised in distribution to proximity channels, has announced its results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2023, in which it has reached €193 million in net profits, representing a year-on-year rise of 36%. In its adjusted EBIT, the company has registered a growth of 20%, reaching €273 million.
In terms of economic sale, the company reached €1,260 million, a year-on-year rise of 38%, while its revenues experienced a growth of 9% with respect to 2022, up to €9,150 million.
The Board of Directors approved yesterday, July 20th, the distribution of an interim dividend for fiscal year 2023 of €0.49 per share representing an increase of 14% on the interim dividend paid in the previous year. The total interim dividend amounts to €65 million and will be paid on August 28th.
Results by regions
Iberia (España, Portugal y Polonia)
Economic sales in Iberia reached €824 million, which represents a 60% increase compared to the same period of 2022. In terms of adjusted EBIT, the company reached €153 million, equivalent to a 32% growth in this region.
Italy
In Italy, economic sales reached €271 million, or a 13% increase YoY. In addition, the company’s adjusted EBIT rose by 7%, reaching €77 million.
France
Lastly, economic sales in France amounted to €169 million, representing a 5% growth compared to the previous year, while the adjusted EBIT reached €43 million, or a 7% improvement YoY.

The latest acquisition of the Group was formalized on July 18th with the acquisition of Gramma Farmaceutici by Logista Italia. With this operation, the company accesses the pharmaceutical distribution and logistics segment in this country.
