- By signing an Inserta Agreement, Logista enhances its active contribution to the integration of people with disabilities into the workplace
The Director General of Fundación ONCE, José Luis Martínez Donoso, and the corporate HR, Marketing and Communication Director, Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo, have signed an Inserta Agreement to promote the hiring of people with disabilities in the Integral Logista Company over the next three years.
The Director General of Fundación ONCE highlighted the importance for his organisation of signing an agreement with a leading company in the logistics sector, because it will help to continue to position people with disabilities in the labour market and will also make them more visible.
As Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo explained, “we are delighted to collaborate with Fundación ONCE, an organisation that since 1988 has done great work to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. At Logista, we are determined to play an active role in promoting the employment and social inclusion of people with disabilities. We believe that working with Fundación ONCE gives us the opportunity to continue to make an important difference in the lives of many people.”
Logista will work with Inserta Empleo, Fundación ONCE’s training and employment organisation, to fill new jobs that the company requires, to pre-select candidates who best fit the required profile and to provide tailor-made training to enable them to carry out the assigned tasks.
This agreement involves Logista’s membership of the Inserta Responsable Forum, a networking and social innovation platform that makes it possible to share practices, tools and experiences that favour to effectively develop policies to integrate talent with disabilities into the labour market.
