Nacex, Grupo Logista’s parcel and express courier firm, has cooperated with Cáritas Barcelona during the recent Christmas campaign. Between December 21st and 23rd, it carried out the collection and delivery of food products from all collaborating sports clubs throughout the Barcelona province, called Clubs amb Cor (Clubs with a Heart) joining the campaign. They are more than 40 clubs joining this initiative by collecting food products, which Nacex took to Cáritas Barcelona headquarters. The donated food products will be distributed across the diverse Cáritas Barcelona projects.
Nacex agencies and staff at headquarters also cooperated by donating 320 kg of food products taken to the Cáritas Barcelona warehouse.
Last December 22nd, Jordi Roglá de Leuw, Manager at Cáritas Diocesana de Barcelona and Manel Orihuela, Deputy General Manager at NACEX, signed the cooperation agreement so Nacex becomes one of the companies acknowledged as Entitats amb Cor (Entities with a Heart), regularly cooperating with the organization in a number of projects. During the signature event Mr. Roglá appreciated Nacex’ will, speed and involvement in this project.
