Ambient and controlled temperature industrial transport company Integra2 recently held its annual convention in Madrid, where it presented its commitment to mobile technology by incorporating dispatches traceability applications for smartphones.
At Integra2 annual convention, it was set as one of the key strategies a transport service specialized by industry (pharmaceutical and food among others). Integra2’s option for quality in pharmaceutical and food transport services has led to carry out 44.5% of its activity under controlled temperature. These are deliveries with a high know-how on the channel, complemented with a comprehensive monitoring of merchandise and incidents control with an ongoing commitment to improve tracking technology.
Also, Integra2 doubled its international business during 2011 with an essential contribution by its partner in Girona Cronofrío and its brand Masterfrío. Integra2 intends to continue internationalizing itself in 2012 as well as developing the e-commerce service with cold home delivery for the gourmet industry. The service includes an automated sending of an SMS and/or an e-mail when the delivery is documented in order to alert the recipient on the arranged delivery.
