Ambient and controlled temperature industrial transport company Integra2 has renewed its website, offering customers access right from the home page to the dispatch status and the information related. The new website also offers online measurements of Integra2’s activity.
December 2012.- Integra2’s new website allows the customer to view a dispatch tracking system right from the home page, offering direct and online interaction with the company’s information systems. This monitoring automatically shows the dispatch status and its related information, and also provides a geographical location of the shipping route.
Another novelty in Integra2’s website is an area randomly showing online indicators of the company’s everyday activities. This new area, for instance, displays the number of active warehousing chambers and pre-chambers, daily notes on each dispatch, the amount of documents scanned and sent to customers, how many capillary vehicles are delivering at that particular moment, the number of packing-lists generated daily, the barcodes read per minute, the number of temperature records per second, the shipments made in one day, the number of active thermometers or the average temperature of the refrigerated chambers.
The new Integra2 website, with information on the different industries the company works with, is available in three languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese) and links to each customer’s area, as well as a news area. The new website also includes a systems integration form to become an integrated customers, automate the information process related to the shipment and so minimize incidents while benefitting a wide range of services Integra2 offers to customers like the IdosWEB system, the I.D.O.S. integration software, EDI integration, the e-packing list, B2B links or the consignees website.
Also, it is worth underlining that Integra2 already offers apps for smartphones under the main operating systems to track and monitor shipments.
