NACEX, the Logista Group parcel and express courier firm, consolidates its NACEX.Shop delivery points by extending its geographical coverage in Spain and increasing the deliveries managed.
The NACEX.shop network, comprising NACEX franchises and Logista Group’s channels (mainly bookstores and press shops), is directed to eCommerce clients and provides consumers with convenience points for collecting their orders in 48/72 hours.
The NACEX.shop network has kept strengthening itself, responding to the company’s commitment to a formula making easier to receive online orders while reducing unsuccessful deliveries. It is a service increasingly convincing consumers and clients due to the convenience provided by the points’ proximity and strategic location. Accordingly, deliveries managed through these points have increased by 25% during the first quarter of the year when comparing with the same period of 2016. NACEX.Shop consolidates itself in 2017 as a solution simplifying online purchases due to the immediacy, security and convenience provided in deliveries.
Since its launch in 2011, NACEX.shop quickly distributes deliveries to the point chosen by the client. Once the parcel arrives to the delivery point, the client is informed through e-mail or SMS that the delivery is ready for collection.
Besides delivering, NACEX.Shop provides with the possibility of returning clients’ delivery notes and deliveries with management. Other complementary services include reverse logistics, exchanging products, returns and repairings.
