On 23 January 2018 and as reported on its website, the French Competition Authority has conducted an inspection at the premises of companies active in the sector of production, import and distribution of tobacco products.
Logista can confirm that its subsidiary Logista France has been one of the companies concerned by those inspections. Logista France has fully cooperated with the French Competition Authority in the context of the inspection.
As stated by the French Competition Authority, such an inspection does not prejudge that Logista France may have taken part in any anticompetitive practices. Such inspections are just a preliminary step in the process of investigating conducts in the industry and do not prejudge the outcome of the investigation.
Logista France considers that it fully complies with competition law in the development and execution of its business operations.
