On 28 August 2018, Logista France has received the communication from the “General Rapporteur” of the French Competition Authority, informing of its decision to close the investigations carried out in the sector of production, import and distribution of tobacco products in France.
As stated in Logista’s statement of 24 January 2018, Logista France fully complies with competition law in the development and execution of its business operations.
