- The new premise, located at Ingenio (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), has a 1,121.51m² area and the latest recording, traceability and security technology.
NACEX, the Logista Group’s parcel and express courier firm, has opened a new platform in Gran Canaria. This new opening, located at the Ingenio municipality (next to the Gran Canaria airport), allows the company to speed up its operations and improve the service in the islands.
The new platform is in a 1,121.51m² premise, with 163.44m² of office space.
The platform has traceability systems, allowing to tracking dispatches, test weights and visual recordings, facilitating to visually tracking during the dispatches’ sorting.
It also has an 18m³ controlled temperature chamber between 5ºC and 25ºC, with alarm management systems according to temperature limits integrated within the system.
The platform, already operating, will have a second phase by year-end, when a bags and parcels sorter will be implemented for 3,500 hourly packages.
