- Nacex’s dispatches reach nearly 25 million in the last fiscal year. The firm keeps the previous years’ growth pace due to its service quality.
NACEX, the Logista Group parcel and express courier firm, completed the fiscal year with a 10.3% growth in deliveries, reaching 24.95 million dispatches during the last fiscal year, between October 2018 and September 2019. The company so keeps the previous years’ growth pace due to its service quality.
This growth is supported by the latest technology innovations, focused on optimizing the delivery processes and servicing the increasingly immediate and flexible deliveries. Accordingly, the company has invested in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT) and Augmented Reality.
“The last fiscal year’s results prove, one further year, how our commitment to quality is the base of our success and is founded on our commitment to the most advanced technology and its use for our staff, ending up in the continuous improvement of service to our clients”, says Manel Orihuela, Deputy General Manager at NACEX.
Being aware that the last mile is the industry’s current great challenge, NACEX’s objectives include extending its NACEX.shop network of over 1,000 pick up and delivery points and expanding its network of intelligent lockers so recipients may pick up their deliveries whenever they prefer.
