Logista has appointed Pedro Losada Hernandez new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reporting to Iñigo Meirás, company's Chief Executive Officer. The appointment will take effect on 1 March 2022.

Pedro brings extensive experience in corporate finance, debt and capital markets, treasury management as well as investor relations. He has extensive international experience, having worked throughout his professional career between Spain and the USA.

Losada held the same position at Cintra, where he has also held other positions of international responsibility such as general management of European and Chilean Highways between 2011-2013 and Financial Project Management (since 1998) in Madrid, Austin and Chicago. From 2013 to 2020 he was part of the Ferrovial team, where he also held the position of CFO.

He holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master in Portfolio Management from IEB and a General Management Program from Harvard Business School.

After more than 20 years at Logista, Manuel Suarez Noriega will hand over his responsibilities to Pedro Losada Hernández.

Manuel joined Logista in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. Since then, he has played an important role in the growth and development of the company, through his participation in different relevant projects, including the IPO in 2014. His work and dedication throughout these years have contributed to Logista's current position as the leading proximity distribution company in Southern Europe.
