For yet another year, NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, held its annual event. On the 23rd and 24th of May, the company's 27th Franchisee Convention in Tarragona brought together more than 300 people from Spain, Portugal, Andorra, the Netherlands, and Belgium, with NACEX and Logista executives.
The first day of the Convention was dedicated to networking and strengthening ties with the Network. Thus, NACEX franchisees competed in a Mini-Olympics, a fun and wholesome activity designed to encourage the spirit of self-improvement and healthy competition.
The annual meeting with the entire network of franchisees was also held at the Fira de Reus on the second day. Comedian Daniel Delacámara acted as the master of ceremonies at an event in which Iñigo Meirás, CEO of Logista, and Manuel Orihuela, General Director of NACEX, reviewed the achievements of the year, such as the international expansion of the business with the recent acquisition of Belgium Parcels Service and the recognition of the company's sustainable strategy with the "Special Strategy" award received recently at the International Mobility Awards. They also gave an advance on the next objectives and the challenges to be addressed: internationalisation, growth in highly demanding sectors, and sustainability.
The event programme also included an inspirational talk by Xavier Marcet, an expert in strategy, innovation, and transformation of organisations, as well as the presentation of the "Pedro Fuillerat" awards, recognising the work carried out by the franchise offices in 2023, and the "Google Award" to the franchise office most highly rated by users.
