  • The DGT's environmental labels will be available at tobacconists thanks to a technological and logistical solution developed by Logista.
  • Nearly 5,000 stickers have already been issued to 500 tobacconists in more than 300 locations.

Do you still not have an environmental sticker for your vehicle? Or maybe it has broken or is so worn out that it can no longer be seen? From now on, obtaining it will be much simpler and quicker. Through this initiative, users will be able to acquire the sticker at tobacconists (estancos) simply by indicating their registration number and receiving the label on the spot.

This agreement introduces a new way of obtaining the labels that classify vehicles according to their environmental impact, without the need for complicated paperwork. All you have to do is go to one of the authorised tobacconists, provide your vehicle registration number and get the sticker for €5. The process is instant, with no waiting and no additional formalities. Once you have your sticker, it will be necessary to scan a QR code, upload the required documentation (driving licence and registration certificate), and this will complete the procedure.

All this is possible because Logista has developed a technological and logistical solution that makes it possible to supply tobacconists with these labels and to carry out the sales process with full guarantees. In this way, tobacconists are included among the points of sale authorised by the DGT to provide this service.

5,000 environmental stickers issued in 300 locations

The project, in its pilot phase, has resulted in the issuing of nearly 5,000 badges in 500 tobacconists in more than 300 locations. The authorised tobacconists will be added progressively, and can be consulted on the website estancos.pegatinas-dgt.com.

This initiative responds to the growing demand for environmental badges, which are already mandatory in many cities due to the implementation of Low Emission Zones. Such zones are already a reality in most cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, and in cities that exceed the air quality limits in Spain and have more than 20,000 inhabitants.

Logista has thus become the leading provider of technology services in the retail channel.
