Alejandro Garcia will be part of the expert panel "Advances in ESG criteria: obstacles and challenges conquered and to be overcome", which will analyse the progress of ESG criteria in pharmaceutical companies, the obstacles overcome, and the challenges to be addressed to continue advancing.
Rakel Ramos, Healthcare & Pharma Coordinator and Northern Area Manager at NACEX, will give a presentation entitled "Telemedicine and Home Delivery: last “clinical” mile under controlled temperature, traceability, and patient safety". In it, she will provide practical insights into how to ensure consistent and auditable evidence under GDP criteria in hospital-to-home delivery and explain how our operations help the industry reduce errors and increase effectiveness. She will also remind people of the importance of translating quality into the patient experience at home and the value of respecting the current legal framework.
