- The company maintains its first position in the Wholesale category at the European level and is among the best companies in Spain in terms of diversity and inclusion.
Logista, one of the largest logistics operators in Europe, has been recognized for the sixth consecutive year as one of the leading companies in diversity and inclusion according to the prestigious "Diversity Leaders 2026" ranking, prepared by Financial Times in collaboration with Statista.
Since its first inclusion in the ranking in 2021, Logista has maintained a prominent position both in its sector and among Spanish companies. In this new edition, the company achieved a score of 72.78 out of 100, allowing it to maintain for the second consecutive year its position as the absolute leader in the Wholesale category at the European level. It is also ranked 11th among all Spanish companies analyzed, thus consolidating its commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
The "Diversity Leaders" ranking evaluates companies based on gender, age, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation diversity. The classification is based on the opinions of more than 100,000 employees in 16 European countries, as well as assessments from human resources and recruitment experts.
The company has increased the number of employees with disabilities by 16% in the last reported fiscal year and is part of the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, the Ibex Gender Equality, and the FTSE4Good index of companies with best ESG practices.
Eva Imbernón, Human Resources Director of Logista for Iberia, stated: “Diversity is key in our strategy. Having different profiles — in gender, age, race, nationality, and vulnerable situations — brings us value and prepares us for current and future challenges.”
Collaborations with social entities
It is worth noting that, in its commitment to integration and social inclusion, Logista has developed various strategic collaborations over the past two years: in March 2025, it renewed its agreement with the Real Madrid Foundation to promote sports activities with minors with disabilities at APANID, using sports as a tool for integration. In April of last year, the company signed an agreement with the “la Caixa” Foundation to incorporate people at risk of exclusion into its selection processes and offer them post-hiring support. In June 2024, the company did the same with the Atlético de Madrid Foundation, supporting adapted football schools for children with special needs. Finally, in September 2024, Logista joined the ONCE Foundation through the Inserta Agreement to strengthen the hiring of people with disabilities in the company, as well as recurring collaborations with the Red Cross and other relevant associations.
Logista also volunteers with Fundación Integra, with whom it has actively collaborated for years. Last year, the company was awarded by this foundation for its involvement in training people at risk of social exclusion and with disabilities, after having trained 337 people.
All these initiatives complement and reinforce the diversity and inclusion milestones that inspire Logista’s corporate culture and social strategy.
