  • In its new Sustainability Report, NACEX showcases its social, labour, and environmental performance throughout the 2024-2025 period.

NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, has published its new Sustainability Report. As part of Logista's consolidated management report, the document provides a comprehensive view of the company's social, labour and environmental performance during the 2024-2025 financial year, a period of special relevance due to the celebration of its 30th anniversary.

In this regard, Manuel Orihuela, General Manager of NACEX, explained: “ The new Sustainability Report is a demonstration of the path we are taking to develop our activity in a responsible manner that is consistent with our values. Sharing it allows us to offer a clear and understandable view of how we work and the commitments we make to people and the environment. ”

NACEX's 2025 Sustainability Report highlights the company's commitment to providing excellent service. This effort is supported by continuous improvement, the adoption of cutting edge technologies, and the constant measurement of customer satisfaction. A good example is Customer Service. In the 2024-2025 fiscal year, thanks to a new VoiceBot, the free helpline saw a reduction of 12.32% in the abandonment rate, even though calls had increased by 72.21%. Furthermore, during the same period, the ChatBot integrated into the corporate website was able to autonomously answer 70% of the queries received.

The document also highlights the work NACEX has done to create a safe, inclusive and constantly evolving work environment for its employees. As part of Logista, NACEX has integrated work-life balance, diversity and equal opportunities into its Human Resources strategy. Furthermore, the company promotes continuous improvement for both employees and franchisees through training programmes tailored to the needs of each profile.

Another key aspect of NACEX's Sustainability Report is the environmental management it has carried out in the 2024-2025 financial year to minimise the impact of its activity on the environment, which is a commitment that is part of its strategy and fully involves its franchise network. In this regard, NACEX has reduced its carbon footprint per shipment by 7.5% compared to the previous period. The key to this has been the Eco Mobility fleet electrification aid program and the expansion of the NACEX.shop network, which now has more than 4,000 convenience points in Spain and Portugal.

NACEX also applies ecodesign, circularity practices, and a responsible purchasing policy. It also launches initiatives to increase the energy efficiency of its centres, focusing on monitoring consumption, replacing lighting fixtures, improving insulation and renewing HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) equipment. In the same vein, the company has established that all new facilities must have LEED Gold certification as a mandatory internal requirement.

In parallel, through Logista, NACEX received the ECOVADIS silver medal in 2025, certifying performance on sustainability in areas such as the environment, employment practices, human rights, ethics and sustainable purchasing. Finally, the 2025 Sustainability Report outlines NACEX's strategic alliances with organisations and events related to improving health and medical research, supporting the most vulnerable groups, and promoting culture and sport. These collaborations range from historical projects such as the NACEX Challenge or alliances with ASDENT, FEM, FEDER, Josep Carreras Foundation and Ronald McDonald House, to more recent ones such as the Hexagon Cup, RNA Padel Tour and Women Padel Oysho, among others.

“ The 2025 Sustainability Report is not just an exercise in accountability, but a tool to continue moving forward and improving. “Our goal is to continue building a solid, responsible business model that is aligned with the expectations of our customers, employees, and society as a whole,” concluded Manuel Orihuela.

Commitment to sustainability

Logista maintains a solid position in terms of sustainability. In addition, Logista has also obtained notable recognitions by Sustainalytics and MSCI. Furthermore, the company has been included for the sixth consecutive year in the Diversity Leaders 2026 ranking by Financial Times and Statista, with a score of 72.78/100, thus repeating its leadership in the Wholesale category in Europe for a second year, and reaching No. 11 among Spanish companies.

Logista has also increased its hiring of disabled workers by 4% and is part of the Ibex Gender Equality and FTSE4Good indices.

Along these lines, and continuing the initiatives launched in recent years, Logista has kept expanding its partnerships to foster diversity and inclusion. In March 2025, the company renewed its agreement with Real Madrid Foundation to promote sports activities for disabled children in collaboration with APANID; in April 2024, Logista signed an agreement with La Caixa Foundation to incorporate individuals at risk of exclusion with post-contract accompaniment; in June 2024, Logista collaborated with Atlético de Madrid Foundation to sponsor specially-adapted football schools; and in September 2024, the company joined the Inserta Agreement of ONCE Foundation to promote the hiring of disabled individuals.
