- The rally driver visited Logista’s headquarters in Madrid to present his new official competition car, the Toyota Yaris GR Rally2.
Logista, one of Europe’s leading logistics operators, is strengthening its partnership with rally driver Roberto Blach Jr. to continue promoting young talent in motorsport. The Galician driver, sponsored by the company, visited Logista’s headquarters in Leganés (Madrid) this morning to present his Toyota GR Yaris Rally2.
As he did last year, Roberto Blach Jr.’s visit takes place in the days leading up to the start of a new edition of the FIA European Rally Championship, a key event in his sporting calendar. The Galician driver will begin his second season behind the wheel in this competition this week, and this year he will be joined by his new co-driver, Dani Sosa, an experienced co-driver with a strong national track record, crowned in 2024 as champion of the Peugeot Rally Cup Ibérica and the 2RM on gravel. During the visit, Roberto shared with company executives how he is approaching the new season, as well as the main challenges and sporting goals set for this new chapter.
The meeting once again highlighted the close relationship between Roberto Blach Jr. and Logista, which has supported him as a sponsor for several seasons. “Coming back to Logista is always special for me. It’s a company with which I’ve had a very close relationship for many years, and we share the same way of understanding work, effort and the ambition to keep growing,” Blach said.
The young driver also wanted to highlight the work of his team, Llarena Racing, and begins this new campaign with enthusiasm and the goal of continuing to improve at every round. Roberto also underlined the good feeling he has with his Toyota GR Yaris Rally2. “We are heading into this season with optimism and energy, really enjoying the work with the team and with the ambition to give our best from the very beginning. Having such a competitive car also gives us a very valuable level of confidence to face each event,” he concluded.
During the visit, Juan José Guajardo Fajardo, CHRO and Director of Marketing & Comms at Logista, accompanied Roberto Blach Jr. at the company’s headquarters, reiterating the group’s commitment to fostering young talent and supporting motorsport. “For Logista, it is a pleasure to welcome Roberto and his team again. His career reflects values such as commitment, continuous improvement and teamwork, and supporting him is also an investment in young motorsport talent,” he concluded.
