EcoVadis ranks Logista among the top 2% of the highest‑rated companies worldwide in its sector
- Logista has once again been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal and now ranks among the top 6% of companies worldwide for sustainability performance, rising to the top 2% when only companies in its sector are considered.
Logista, one of Europe’s leading logistics operators, continues to strengthen its position as one of the world’s most sustainable transport companies by ranking in the top 2% (98th percentile) of the highest‑rated companies globally within its industry, according to the sustainability rating recently published by EcoVadis. This result builds on last year’s performance, when it ranked among the top 4% most sustainable companies.
Across all companies assessed by this prestigious organisation, Logista has reached a new milestone by ranking in the 94th percentile of the sustainability rating. With a total score of 79/100, the company has once again been awarded the Silver Medal, placing it among the top 6% of companies with the highest performance out of more than 150,000 companies evaluated worldwide.
In the Environmental category, Logista improved its score to 87/100. In Human Rights and Labour Practices, the company maintains a strong position with a score of 75/100, supported by its policies on social dialogue, working conditions and employee safety. Particularly noteworthy is the progress achieved in Sustainable Procurement, where Logista improved its score compared with the previous year, reaching 85/100 and ranking in the top 1% of its sector.
EcoVadis’ recognition reflects Logista’s ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability into its operations and is further evidenced by the continued acknowledgment it receives. This year, the company marks a decade of recognition in the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) Leadership category, achieving an A- rating, with the highest possible score (A) in the Supplier Engagement category. These achievements are complemented by other leading ratings from Sustainalytics and MSCI. Logista has also been recognised for the sixth consecutive year in the Diversity Leaders 2026 ranking published by the Financial Times and Statista, with a score of 72.78/100, retaining its leadership in the Wholesale category in Europe for the second year in a row and ranking 11th among Spanish companies.
In addition, during fiscal year 2025, the company increased the hiring of people with disabilities by 4% and is included in the Ibex Gender Equality and FTSE4Good indices.
Iñigo Meirás, CEO of Logista, stated: “Reaching the 98th percentile in EcoVadis within our sector recognises Logista’s efforts to integrate sustainability into the way we operate. With a clear roadmap and immersed in the development of the new ESG Plan 2023, we continue to make progress in reducing emissions and strengthening operational excellence, governance and social commitment.”
