Values, Innovation, and a Vision for the Future Mark the NACEX Franchisee Convention

On the 21st and 22nd of May, NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, organised its traditional Franchisee Convention in Málaga, the largest in its history, with over 300 attendees. In addition to franchisees from Spain, Portugal, and Andorra, the event was also attended by executives from NACEX, Logista, Speedlink, and Belgium Parcel Services.

The first day of the Convention took place in the “Jardines de San Telmo” (San Telmo Gardens) and included the annual meeting with the entire network of franchisees. Manuel Orihuela, NACEX Managing Director, was responsible for welcoming the attendees with a speech focused on the strength of the NACEX model, its network’s commitment, and the importance of continuing to build on the values that form the company's DNA to face the new challenges in the sector.

In turn, Xavier Calvo, NACEX Deputy Managing Director, reviewed the results achieved by the company in the past year and looked to the future, explaining the next steps to be taken, with a special focus on innovation and the inclusion of artificial intelligence as a key lever to continue the courier model’s evolution and bolster the network’s value proposition.

Furthermore, Pilar Colás, General Manager of Logista Iberia, shared the company's vision with those present, highlighting the group’s solidity, commitment to innovation, and NACEX’s strategic role.

Led by comedian Daniel Delacámara, the event also included an inspiring talk on overcoming challenges, discipline, and teamwork by the former rhythmic gymnast, actress, and writer Almudena Cid. Moreover, Ester Mateu, Director of Quality and Sustainability, presented the best performing franchise offices with the “Pedro Fuillerat 2025 Quality awards and Arianne Muñoz, Director of Marketing and CSR, gave out the “Award for the Best Rated Franchise Office on Google in 2025”.

The second day of the NACEX Franchise Convention focused on strengthening ties and continuing team building, while the franchisees toured the main points of interest in the city of Malaga. They were able to see the Roman theatre, the Arab fortress, the Plaza de la Merced Square, Malaga Cathedral, La Calle Larios (Larios Street), and the Episcopal Palace, by means of an enjoyable guided tour. The entire visit was accompanied by anecdotes and curiosities from local culture.
