calendar May 27, 2026
  • The company ranks fourth in the wholesale sector in Europe and is the only Spanish company in this category.

Logista has been selected, for the second consecutive year, to be included in the Europe’s Best Employers ranking, compiled by Statista and the British newspaper Financial Times, which recognizes the best companies to work for in Europe.

In this edition, Logista ranks fourth in the wholesale sector in Europe and is the only Spanish company featured in this category.

The study prepared by Statista and Financial Times is based on more than six million evaluations carried out by direct and indirect employees of companies across Europe. The ranking identifies the companies that professionals would recommend as a place to work, based both on their personal experience and on the organization’s reputation.

To be included in the ranking, companies must have more than 500 employees and a significant international presence in Europe, whether through offices, recruitment processes, or operations in at least two European countries.

“Being recognized for the second consecutive year highlights the value of our talent management model and our commitment to a culture based on development, diversity, and the well-being of our teams,” said Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo, Chief Human Resources, Marketing and Communications Officer at Logista.

Among the Spanish companies included in the list are BBVA, Telefónica, Iberdrola, Inditex, and Mercadona. In the overall European ranking, the list is led by Skanska, followed by Microsoft, Airbus, and Google.

Logista’s inclusion in FT Europe’s Best Employers 2026 adds to other recognitions the company has received in the areas of talent, sustainability, and responsible management, strengthening its position as one of Europe’s leading companies.

Commitment to Sustainability

Logista has a strong positioning in sustainability matters. The company has been included for ten consecutive years in the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) index of the most sustainable companies, being the only logistics company to achieve this milestone. This is complemented by other notable ratings from Sustainalytics and MSCI. It has also been recognised for the sixth consecutive year in the Diversity Leaders 2026 ranking by the Financial Times and Statista, with a score of 72.78/100, maintaining leadership in the Wholesale category in Europe for the second year in a row and placing 11th among Spanish companies.

Within this framework, and as a continuation of initiatives promoted in recent years—which remain in force today—Logista continues to expand its partnerships to promote diversity and inclusion. In March 2025, it renewed its agreement with the Real Madrid Foundation to promote sports activities for children with disabilities from APANID; in April 2024, it signed an agreement with the “la Caixa” Foundation to support the integration of people at risk of social exclusion with post‑hire support; in June 2024, it supported adapted football schools alongside the Atlético de Madrid Foundation; and in September 2024, it joined Fundación ONCE’s Inserta Programme to promote the employment of people with disabilities. In addition, Logista maintains ongoing collaborations with the Red Cross and other organisations, and runs a volunteering programme with Fundación Integra, which in 2024 recognised the company for its training work after having trained 337 people at risk of social exclusion and with disabilities.
