Logista, one of Europe’s largest logistics operators, ended the 2026 financial year, which closed on 30 September, in line with its guidance. The Company recorded economic sales of €1,840 million, up 1.7% on 2025, and revenues of €13,837 million, up 2.2% on the previous financial year. The strong performance of its main businesses in Iberia and Italy drove this growth.
Adjusted EBIT reached €391 million, up 3.3% on the previous financial year. Excluding the impact of inventory revaluation, it grew in line with the mid-single-digit growth guidance announced at the start of the financial year.
Net financial income increased to €71 million, compared with €63 million in 2025, thanks to a higher average cash balance, which offset the decline in the average interest rate during the period. Net profit increased slightly to €282 million.

Performance by geography
Iberia[1]
In Iberia, economic sales amounted to €1,183 million, up 1.1% on 2025, driven by the strong performance of traditional businesses and the gradual recovery in transport. Revenues in the region increased by 4.4% to €5,387 million.
Italy
In Italy, economic sales grew by 5.3% compared with 2025 to €457 million, thanks to improved tariffs, growth in next-generation products and value-added services. Revenues increased by 4.6% to €5,000 million.
France[2]
In France, economic sales stood at €207 million, down 2.1% on 2025, due to the reduction in volumes distributed, although the pace of decline eased slightly compared with previous financial years. Revenues reached €3,514 million, down 3.8% on the previous financial year.
“The 2026 results confirm Logista’s strength and its ability to continue growing in a challenging environment. The resilience of our business model, the diversification of our activities and our cash generation capacity enable us to look ahead with confidence, continue exploring growth opportunities and maintain attractive and sustainable remuneration for our shareholders”.
Iñigo Meirás, Chief Executive Officer of Logista:
