Privacy Policy for Video Surveillance and Access Control Systems

2. To which personal data processing does this policy apply?
To the personal data that Logista handles as a result of the use of video surveillance systems in its facilities and access control, particularly the images captured through these systems.
3. What is the purpose of processing your personal data? What is the legal basis for said processing?
The processing of your personal data is carried out for the purpose of managing access to our facilities and ensuring the safety of people, property, and Logista's facilities.
The captured images may also be used for labor control purposes. Disciplinary sanctions may be imposed by the departments with monitoring, control, and disciplinary authority if the images reveal that personnel are failing to comply with their duties and obligations.
The legal basis for the processing is primarily the public interest. Through both the video surveillance system and access control, we aim to ensure the safety of people, property, and facilities. However, the legitimate interest of the data controller could also serve as a legal basis for the processing.
4. To whom can personal data be transferred?
The personal data contained in the video surveillance recordings may be transferred or communicated by the personnel of the entity contracted to manage the video surveillance systems and by Logista's internal personnel. Additionally, upon request, we may make the personal data available to administrations, authorities, and competent public bodies, as well as to the State Security Forces, in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. How long do we retain personal data?
In accordance with Article 22 of Law 3/2018 of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, video surveillance recordings will be deleted within one (1) month from their collection, except when they need to be retained to prove the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of people, property, or facilities.
6. What are the rights of the data subjects when they provide us with their data?
Logista is committed to ensuring the exercise of the rights held by data subjects.
In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation, the data subject may exercise the rights of access, deletion, and restriction of processing by contacting info.lopd@logista.com, accompanied by a copy of their ID. The contact details of Logista's Data Protection Officer are as previously mentioned. The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/) if they believe their rights have been infringed.
