At the Exhibition, Integra2 shows its cold technology and the FrioGourmet service specialized for the food industry.
Integra2 offers FrioGourmet, a transportation service for high-end food products, This service fulfills the transportation needs in the food industry and is designed for industries like wine, high-end cellars, premium chocolates, bakery and the pastry industry.
The Friogourmet service is possible due to Integra2 fleet’s high capillarity, with more than 1,000 refrigerated vehicles, allowing to meet the CCQI (Cool Chain Quality Indicators) regulations guaranteeing cold chain transportation, certification held since 2007. Average refrigeration of Integra2’s vehicles within this service is between +14º and +18ºC. Fourth range food products (salads or bagged vegetables) or fifth range food products (sliced or last generation ready to eat products), temperature range in transport is between 0º and 5ºC.
Traceability and product identification provides safety and reliability to the transportation service, as there is a continuous control on the physical and thermal preservation of food products and beverages. Regarding food products tracking, vehicles must be provided with temperature control equipment, fully autonomous and connected to an alarm system warning of any cold chain breach. Also, Data RFID systems provide satellite data and temperature through black boxes and thermometers, guaranteeing the service.
