Nacex, Grupo Logista’s parcel and express courier firm, has a new app for smartphones, SMART DELIVERY, to facilitate all messengers to make faster and easier deliveries.
The app enables the messenger’s smartphone camera to capture the delivery’s barcode, and so images representing the correct delivery are online scanned and are available to the system in real time.
With this new app, Nacex increases the possibilities of delivering at first attempt, as it may create a delivery profile for the recipient with access to its own delivery history. This allows to calculate the delivery probability, notify the arrival at a delivery point with a shorter timeframe and geolocate him if the app is installed in the smartphone.
