  • The Financial Times includes Logista in the report ‘Europe’s Diversity Leaders 2025’, which is based on an analysis of the companies’ employees.
  • It also ranks it among the top 11 Spanish companies in FT Europe’s Best Employers 2025 and one of the benchmarks of the Ibex-35 as an employer brand.

For the fifth consecutive year, Logista has been recognised by the Financial Times as one of the companies most committed to diversity and inclusion in Europe. The prestigious “Diversity Leaders 2025” ranking, which is drawn up together with the firm Statista, identifies the companies who have performed best in gender equality, LGTBQI+ inclusion, cultural, generational and skills diversity. Logista has also been highlighted in the FT Europe’s Best Employers 2025 ranking, where it is one of the top companies in the Ibex-35 as an employer brand.

The “Diversity Leaders 2025” list, which is based on an independent survey of more than 100,000 professionals from different sectors, has singled out Logista for its open corporate culture, its talent management and its strong commitment to inclusive work environments. This new recognition places Logista among Europe’s diversity elite, strengthening its position as the only company in the logistics sector to be included continuously since 2020.

The Financial Times and Statista have also announced Logista’s inclusion in the FT Europe’s Best Employers 2025 ranking, making it the leading Spanish company in the logistics sector to appear on the list.

The ranking is based on anonymous employee surveys of 1,000 companies in 26 industrial sectors across 16 countries, including: Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The award recognises companies’ attractiveness as an employer; their ability to attract talent in a recognised working environment; positive communication with customers, partners and investors; the company’s ability to generate internal work commitments; and leadership in their market.

At Logista, our commitment to people is more than just a goal, it is a fundamental part of how we conceive the company’s strategy. These awards strengthen our aim to continue promoting inclusive work environments, where talent is able to find its best version,” said Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo, Director of HR, Marketing and Communication at Logista.

These awards add to Logista’s long track record in diversity and inclusion: the company has achieved parity on its board of directors, with 50% women, and is working towards the goal of achieving 30% women in middle and senior management positions by 2026. It also works with entities such as the Red Cross, ONCE Foundation, la Caixa Foundation and Integra Foundation, and has increased by 16% the number of people with disabilities hired in the last financial year.

Logista is also part of the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, the Ibex Gender Equality Index and the FTSE4Good index of companies with the best ESG practices. It has also been recognised by Interbrand as one of the best Spanish brands, and by Merco as one of the 200 companies with the best reputation in the country. It is part of the Empowering Women Talent programme to develop professional skills for women. This is all part of an overall strategy in which diversity is not a campaign: it is a way of leading the present and designing the future.

Commitment to Sustainability

Logista has maintained its leadership position in CDP for nine consecutive years, which recognizes global leaders in the fight against climate change. It is the only European logistics company to appear in this category during that period.

Furthermore, Logista’s strong commitment to sustainability was recognized in May 2024 by Sustainalytics, a global leader in ESG and corporate governance evaluation. After assessing the company’s ESG criteria, it awarded Logista an ESG risk rating of 16.5 points, classifying it as Low Risk for experiencing material financial impacts from ESG factors, and granted it the Industry TOP RATED 2024 accreditation—recognizing top performance in its sector outside Sustainalytics’ comprehensive coverage universe—placing it among the 50 best-rated companies in the Transport industry.

As a result of its strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, Logista was once again recognized in 2024 with an MSCI rating of A, on a scale from AAA to CCC.

Logista also participated in the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) by S&P. In 2025, it was again recognized by the Financial Times as a “leader in diversity,” and EcoVadis awarded it the Silver Medal for its sustainability performance.

Logista is also part of the FTSE4Good IBEX index, which includes companies demonstrating strong environmental, social, and governance practices, and the Ibex Gender Equality index. It was also included in the Ibex 35 in 2022.
